On all buses in Adelboden you ride, with the guest card for free.

The filling of our comforters and pillows are made of duck or goose down and feathers; the covers are made of cotton. If you are allergic to these products, we will be happy to offer you alternatives:

• Comforter: Synthetic comforter (polyester).
• Pillow: Synthetic pillow (polyester), millet pillow and TEMPUR® pillow.

The cover of pillow and comforter is made of 100% cotton.

These are at your disposal during your stay. You will find them in your room; in the closet or in the bathroom. There are also children's bathrobes available.

The bath towels are located in the wellness area, by the saunas as well as by the indoor swimming pool.

Our guests appreciate our restaurant as a "beep-free zone". We therefore ask you to do without your mobile phone in the restaurant.

Have you forgotten your charging cable for your cell phone? The reception can help you out with a replacement.

Our staff from the housekeeping will make the rooms available by 4pm at the latest.

Your room will be at your disposal until 11am on your departure. The published prices are for cash, Maestro (EC-direct) or postcard. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. The front desk is open every day from 7am to 11pm. If you plan your departure before 7am, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before.

We thank you for your understanding that your dog is not allowed to enter the restaurants and the spa. Out of consideration for the other guests, we also ask that you keep your dog on a leash in the hotel.

If you hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the room door, our staff will know that the dog is alone in the room and is best left alone.

Smart casual. We thank you not to wear shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, slippers and baseball caps in the restaurant in the evening.

The very sporty explore the region on our two e-bikes. For renting we charge CHF 55 per bike/day including helmet. Please contact the front desk for a reservation.

We are happy to reserve additional e-bikes for you at Büschlen Bikesport & more or at Intersport Hari.

Get away from the valley for a while. The Bernese Oberland offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Conveniently accessible in day trips are:

• The Tropical House in Frutigen. In the exhibition tour, the topics of mountains, energy, fish farming and tropics are brought closer to those interested in a vivid way.
   
• A boat trip on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz.
   
• Visit the city of Thun, the gateway to the Bernese Oberland, with its beautiful castle.
   
• Visit the Ballenberg, an open-air museum in Switzerland.
   
• The city of Bern with its uniquely beautiful old town and the new Bear Park invite you to stroll.

First of all, keep calm. Our hotel is equipped with a modern fire protection system. Finally, our hotel staff and the local fire department are well prepared for incidents. In the event of smoke or fire, the fire doors in the stairwell close automatically and the two elevators are blocked. The assembly point in the event of an evacuation is the lower outdoor parking lot.

From mid-June to mid-October you can use all mountain railroads in Adelboden free of charge.

You will receive the necessary hiking pass for a deposit of CHF 20.- at the reception.

In its special ambience, enjoy a diverse selection of single malts, grappas and single-varietal spirits.

As a hotel guest you have the possibility to access our WLAN system free of charge. You will receive the access code at check-in.

We are happy to provide you with a kettle upon request.

Is dinner too late for your children? We also serve our little guests earlier. Please let the reception or the service team know. In addition to the half-board menu, we also offer a children's menu.

Playroom

The playroom is located to the right of the lounge. It is open for our younger guests at any time.

Childcare

Would you like us to provide personal childcare for a few hours or for the whole day? We will gladly take care of your child or children, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance (CHF 30 per hour).

In your closet you will find a laundry bag and an order list. You have the possibility to have clothes washed and ironed by us. The cleaned or (only) ironed clothes will be returned to you the next day in the evening.

If you drop off your laundry by 9am, you will receive it back the same day by 6pm with the exception of weekends.

The prices are listed on the order list.

Our house has an elevator in the main building. We are happy to offer you a luggage service on request, which you can ask for at the front desk.

You can enjoy breakfast from from 7.30 to 10.30am.

At noon you can choose from the lunch menu. The dishes we serve from 12.30 to 4pm in the restaurant or on the terrace.

Dinner is served daily from 6.30 to 8pm (last order at 8pm). If you arrive later than 8pm we will serve you a slightly reduced menu.

For room/breakfast: please reserve your table by 3 pm.

Do you require a special diet or nutrition? We will be happy to cater to your individual needs.

At 11pm the entrance door to the hotel is closed. By means of a code, which you will receive upon arrival, you will have access to the hotel even later.

We offer you the possibility to choose between the existing pillow and an ergonomic Tempur pillow or a millet pillow.

Do you sleep with an additional comforter at home? We will be happy to fulfill this wish for you as well.

In addition to your room, there are several other places to stay. The hotel lobby as well as the lounge invite you to read, play, talk, think or just "be".

In summer, as well as on beautiful, mild winter days, we extend the range of rooms by the terrace and the lawn in the spacious park.

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm.

Have you accidentally forgotten something at home? We have the following spare items at our reception:

The restaurant will serve you the menu of the day in your room on request: the surcharge is CHF 25.- per room. 

To help you avoid the crowds at the Adelboden-Oey ski lift, we offer a free shuttle service. The hotel bus runs between the hotel and Oey from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 and from 2 February 2025 to 8 March 2025.

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas. This includes restaurants, hall, bar, lounge and hotel rooms. Of course, smoking is still allowed on the terrace and on the balconies of the rooms.

In the afternoon from 3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. we offer you a small selection of cakes and pastries in the hall or in the restaurant.

Walking on snowy trails through pristine winter landscapes is balm for the soul. Snowshoeing is easy and requires little equipment. Whether on groomed trails or on your own discovery tours, Adelboden offers room for both. We offer you the use of snowshoes for one day for free. Please reserve them early at the front desk.

We would like to point out that there is now an age restriction in the brine pool: children up to five years of age are not allowed in the outdoor pool. Due to the highly stimulating effect of the salt water, children over the age of 5 should not stay in the saltwater pool for more than 10 minutes. We ask parents to urge their children to be quiet.

Would you like a seat in the bathroom? Please inform our reception.

The items in your safe are insured up to CHF 3000. Of course you can also pay a deposit on your arrival.

Our wine list includes over 600 positions. Many rarities and specialties, some of which are produced in homeopathic doses, have found their way into our wine cellar.

We offer a weekly changing selection of bottled wines by the glass, furthermore you will find more than 80 positions in 0.375 l-bottles. For expert advice, our team is at your disposal.

You can program your wake-up call via the room telephone: Lift the handset, press the key with the alarm (M3), enter the desired time and then press the # key. Then replace the handset. You will not receive a confirmation message. To cancel: Press the M4 key.
