Friday - Cheese buffet: The Adelboden fromager-affineur Manfred Schmid will surprise you every Friday with his 50 best hard and soft cheeses.

Saturday - Signature Dishes: They are a chef's pearls that make his restaurant shine. Saturday evening is entirely dedicated to these Bellevue's Best.

Sunday - "Eaux et Monts": We cook aromatic dishes from the mountains and specialities from the local waters and European seas.
