Book your treatments as early as possible, even from home – this will make it easier for us to try to ensure that you receive your desired booking.
In order to ensure optimal care, we ask that you inform us of any health issues and recent operations at the time of booking. In the event of pregnancies, certain treatments are only permitted beginning from the 4th month. Prior consultation with a doctor is recommended.
For the courtesy of other guests we ask that you give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. As is customary, short notice cancellations will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.
Children and adolescents may use the indoor pool, outdoor salt-water pool and the fitness area. Due to the high salt content of the salt-water pool, children should not remain in the water for more than 10 minutes. The saunas and steam baths are reserved for adults.

The spa «pour» is a place of relaxation and peace. Out of respect for your fellow guests, we ask that you mute your cell phone as well as other technical devices. Please keep your conversation quiet in all areas. We ask parents to supervise their children and encourage them to be calm.
At the early morning swim (from 7.30 am) you have the bath almost for yourself. With its comfortable size (16x8m) it is well suited for sporty swimming. Children can also use the indoor pool under the supervision of their parents.
The water of the outdoor saltwater pool (9x5m) is enriched with Rheinfelden natural saline. It is extracted from a depth of 200 meters in the Rheinfelden-Riburg and is considered one of the strongest in Europe. Diluted with Adelboden drinking water (93%), it unfolds its health effects. Toddlers up to five years are not admitted to the saltwater pool. Due to the stimulating effect, children should not stay longer than 10 minutes in the outdoor saltwater pool.
Taking a sauna - whether in a hot air or in a steam bath - serves to strengthen the body, purifies and stimulates the skin. The indoor steam baths and saunas are used with swimwear. The outdoor Finnish sauna is nude zone.
